Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ experience in Workday HRIS system support.
Proven experience working with Workday HCM.
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, Proficiency in Workday configuration, data management, Talent Acquisition and Learning.
Workday Learning experience is preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving, with a talent for effectively troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Ability to collaborate effectively and build trust and credibility with key business partners and all levels of employees across the company.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy, integrity, and security Workday certification(s)
